Vision & Values
We Refuse to Limit God to What We Know or Have Experienced
– In order to saturate our city with the gospel of Jesus, we can’t think small. We continually seek to take giant steps of faith to honor God.
We Seek to Live Boldly Generous Within The City
– Our staff and church will go above and beyond to give sacrificially to the work of God both in our city and throughout the cities of the world.
Our House is Unified
– We will walk, talk and serve in boldness under the authority of our pastor. We are unified in his vision for the church under the authority of the teaching of Jesus Christ and the Word of God.
We Need Your Seat
– We will not cater to personal preference in our mission to reach this city. We are more concerned with the people we are trying to reach than the people we are trying to keep.
We Live In Our Own Skin
– We will embrace our limitations and seek to leverage our weaknesses. Living in need promotes opportunities for others to connect and it leads us to our greatest creativity and innovation.
We Are Focused on the Horizon
– We will continually position ourselves to expand with opportunities for growth. We will not allow parking, worship seating or facilities limit our ability to reach our city.
We Are Not Overly Complicated
– We are laser focused on connecting the city with Jesus. We care more about reaching people than we do tradition and even excellence. While we strive for excellence in everything, we will not sacrifice people for programming.
We Are All About the Numbers
– Every person reached increases the ratio of those in eternity. We exist to raise the odds for every man, woman and child in our city to hear and accept the gospel.
We Are Leaders and Learners
– We will always maintain a posture of learning. While we seek to be creative and innovative, we will continue to learn from others who are highly effective.
Life Is Too Short To Fight Over Right
– We are who we are. We value the Word of God without exception and refuse to negotiate its truth and power in any way.
